An optical fiber fusion slicing apparatus disclosed by the present invention comprises: a first microscope which observes first and second optical fibers from a first direction by receiving light emitted from a first light source; a second microscope which observes first and second optical fibers from a second direction crossing the first direction by receiving light emitted from a second light source; a fusion slicing device which performs a fusion slicing operation on an end part of the first optical fiber and an end part of the second optical fiber; and a control unit which controls the fusion slicing device. The first microscope is able to move along the first direction. The second microscope is fixated to prevent the second microscope from moving along the second direction.
