Preferably, the cross-sectional area (a_1 + a_2) of the void (24) is 1.2 times or more and 2.0 times or less than the average value of the cross-sectional area (A_1) of the permanent magnet row (22) and the cross-sectional area (A_2) of the permanent magnet row (26).
