According to an embodiment of the present invention, a display device comprises: a display panel configured to display an image; a touch panel arranged on the display panel; a window attached onto the touch panel; and a protection layer formed on the window. The protection layer can include a shape memory polymer layer. Therefore, the display device can prevent the window from being scratched or pressed due to a touch.
