The present invention relates to an equilibrium recovery apparatus. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the equilibrium recovery apparatus includes: a left ballast tank arranged on the left part of a hull; a right ballast tank arranged on the right part of the hull; a rotor which is supported on the hull to rotate around a rotary shaft matched or in parallel with the center horizontal movement shaft of the hull; and an emergency tank arranged on the hull. When a horizontal tilt angle of the hull reaches a set value, a fluid is discharged from a main outlet of the emergency tank. The fluid rotates the rotor in the opposite direction of the horizontal tilt direction of the hull and is introduced to one of the left and right ballast tanks to generate a moment in the opposite direction of the horizontal tilt of the hull.
