PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To standardize the number of visitors in each time zone of a store.SOLUTION: A coupon information distribution device 101 receives advance information including a visit date from a terminal device 102. The coupon information distribution device 101 transmits to the terminal device 102 one or more time zones on the visit date, and discount rates respectively corresponding to the one or more time zones on the basis of the advance information and store busyness information stored in storage means. When receiving the designation of a time zone among one or more time zones from the terminal device 102, the coupon information distribution device 101 distributes to the terminal device 102 coupon information for performing a discount corresponding to the designated time zone, usable in the designated time zone of the visit date.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
