PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radio communication device for performing communication with a PLMN (public land mobile network) by automatically changing over a card between a high-speed communication SIM (Subscriber Identity Module) card when a user is out of home and a low-speed communication SIM card when the user is at home.SOLUTION: A communication device includes: a first communication section for performing communication with the first connection destination by selecting the first communication condition or a second communication condition; a second communication section for performing communication with the second connection destination; a sensor for monitoring the state of the communication apparatus; and a control section for changing over a condition into the second communication condition when the second communication section establishes connection during the connection of the first communication section by using the first communication condition, and into the first communication condition on the basis of a predetermined condition including the state of the communication device when the second communication section does not establish connection during the connection of the first communication section by using the second communication condition.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7
