PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high speed MRP calculation system in which the on- memory processing of MRP (material requirements) calculation can be attained with the minimum memory capacity. SOLUTION: This system is provided with a part chart managing means 1 which develops a part chart 8 into a memory, demand generating means 7 which generates a required number and a required period being a demand 3 of a slave item from an order 5 of a master item, demand table managing means 9 which holds the generated demand 3 so as to be always sorted by a sort key, ordering means 2 which extracts the necessary demand 3 from a demand table, and operates ordering, and memory managing means 10 which monitors the number of valid data of the demand table, and dynamically operates the capture and release of a memory. Thus, the on-memory processing of MRP calculation can be attained with the minimun memory capacity. |
