PURPOSE:To always homogenize powdered resin material in a hopper and to prevent the improper size of an extruded piece by filling the reduction amount of Y each time the material contained in the hopper is reduced by 1-15% of the whole containing amount. CONSTITUTION:A level gauge 5 for detecting the containing level change of powder resin material M is provided in a hopper 1. If the containing level of the material M in the hopper 1 is lowered from a position designated by a two-dotted chain line, the gauge 5 outputs a detection signal of its level drop. An auto-loader is driven by this detection signal for a predetermined period of time, a predetermined quantity of the material M is conveyed through a conveying pipe 2, and filled in the hopper 1. The material M already contained in the hopper 1 and the material M newly supplied in the hopper 1 are suitably agitated and mixed to become homogeneous. The homogeneous material M is always supplied to an extruder. |
