PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily change a filter provided in a ventilating unit in a 2 by 4 method residence or the like. SOLUTION: In a ventilating unit 30, are provided a heat recovery device, a suction duct 34a and a filter device 37 therebetween. The filter device 37 comprises a filter holding part 37a and a filter 37b fixed so as to be detachably inserted into the filter holding part 37a. The filter 37b is inserted into the filter holding part 37a go that the head of the filter 37b slightly protrudes from the ventilating unit 30. When the filter 37b is replaced by a new filter, a maintenance and inspection cover 38 is opened to push up the filter 37b slightly m protruding from the lower surface 32a of a body 32 and greatly project the filter 37b from the lower surface 32a of the body 32 by a latch mechanism. Then, the filter is gripped by a hand to replace it by a new one. |
