<p>Tooth filling or strengthening material is produced by mixing a known filler, esp precious or semiprecious metal powder or shavings or a dental cement e.g. zinc phosphate cement, silicate cement powder, technical silicate melt or calcined zinc oxide, or opt. ground glass, glass beads, enamel powder, ceramic powder etc. with alpha-cyanic acid acrylic ester as binder. The product has high adhesivity to dentine, high resistance to scouring, and exhibits very little shrinkage.</p> |
