PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an additive composition which is low in hygroscopic property, easily powdered and excellent in the proliferation promoting effect on Bifidus bacterium and anticarious property by containing an oligosaccharide and a polysaccharide having α-bonding. SOLUTION: Polysaccharide consisting of e.g. 50 to 300,000 amylase, molecules or a glycogen each having α-bonding (B) is mixed by 1 to 10 pts.wt. with 1 pt.wt. of an oligosaccaride consisting of e.g. 2 to 20 maltose molecules or starch syrup. In addition, it is desirable that an adding amoung at the time of adding this additive composition to food is 0.1 to 100 pts.wt. with respect to 1 pt.wt. food. |
