Semiconductor device clamping fixture - against heat sink compresses elastomer plug in insulating plate recess for even pressure distribution
摘要

A clamping fixture to press a semiconductor device against a heat sink consists of an insulating disc with a recess which accommodates a block of silicone rubber. A cap-shaped piston covers the latter and can be depressed by a crosspiece between two stay bolts with nuts. This provides a uniformly distributed pressure for the semiconductor device against the heat sink. The fixture takes up little space and is inexpensive to produce; it is well protected against environmental influences.
