The device conceals the fixture of wooden door cases for the doors of interior rooms. There is a metal-spring or rubber disc (17) between the underside of the screw head on the screw (5) and the screw head counterpiece (6), permitting easy access to the spherical screw head configuration between the retaining disc plates, with compensation for dimensional tolerances. A notching cutout may accommodate a metal or plastic socket (19), reducing material and labour costs, with firm seating of the disc achieved when gluing to the door case is carried out. A screwed, riveted or otherwise fixed sheet metal component may also be used. Overall even gluing is simplified.
