<p>Locking device for a pivoting glass pane in closed or half closed position. This device comprises a rod (4) hinged, on the one hand, slidingly in a control handle or lever (1) pivoting on a support (2) and, on the other hand, to a strap (6) mounted with some degree of rotation in a based plate (8) fixed to the glass pane (9), and locking/ unlocking means for the lever in a closed or half closed position of the glass pane (9).
