PURPOSE:To improve each adhesive and anticorrosive property of painting surface applied on grinding processing face, by carrying out one side grinding processing so as to be remaining quantity of plating zinc of the grinding face in a fixed extent after carrying out zinc hot dipping on plating original plate regulated at a specific surface roughness. CONSTITUTION:Hot dipping treatment is carried out on plating original plate after regulating the surface roughness of the plating original plate at Rmax; 5-12mum. Next, grinding processing is carried out o the one face of plating original plate using mechanical grinding device, for example, belt sander etc. On this occasion, remaining quantity of plating zinc of grinding face is regulated in the extent of 1-10g/m<2>. As a result of it, anticorrosive property of ground iron surface after painting, is improved particularly and also, the one side grinding zinc hot dipping steel sheet useful for steel sheet for armoring very economically by lightening grinding load, is able to obtain. |
