PURPOSE:To further improve the effect of a safety belt for a vehicle by securing an inverted U-shaped holding piece to the floor panel at the rear of the seat, and allowing the bolt of the holding piece to prevent the transformation of the floor panel at a vehicle collision. CONSTITUTION:A holding piece 20 is secured to the lower surface of a floor panel 1, and a safety belt 6 is atached to a bolt 8. When receiving a collision load of a vehicle, the floor panel 1 transforms into a mountain shape, and this causes the holding piece 20 to move. At this time, a bolt 21 secured to both side walls 20a of the holding piece 20 strikes against the lower surface of a side member 2a, preventing the holding member 20 from moving further in order to minimize the transformation of the floor panel 1. This permits the safety of the driver to be secured without damaging the function of the safety belt at a collision. |
