PURPOSE:To produce a ticket issuing device that can issue an automated ticket even in a traffic means such as a bus or the like and furthermore simplify the constitution of the ticket issuing device, by continuously providing plural pieces of magnetic information recording regions to a belt-shaped ticket paper with every prescribed space. CONSTITUTION:Plural of magnetic information recording regions 6 in which the information necessary for a ride connection ticket is encoded magnetically are encoded previously within a length (l) of a magnetic layer 4 on a belt-shaped ticket paper 1 is a series with every prescribed space S. Such paper 1 is rolled to be stored into a ticket issuing device . The relations of l<1/3L and (l+s)<=1/3L are satisfied for the length (l) of the region 6 when the length of the thicket is set at L. As a result, the encoded information is completely recorded on each ride connection ticket to be issued although the ticket paper is cut at any place.
