<p>PURPOSE:To elevate the workability, by using each retrieval switch and also storing a mode before starting a retrieval, in a storing circuit, when fast-forward and turn- back are executed in order to detect a marking signal. CONSTITUTION:A mode before starting a retrievel is stored in a storing circuit 106 by a signal from a mode controlling circuit 18 of a reproducing device, and when a fast-forward retrieval switch 102 or a back-turn retrieval switch 103 are turned on, fast-forward or turn-back operation is executed through controlling circuits 107, 108 and the mode controlling circuit 18, also a marking signal on a tape 4 is detected by a detection head 100, and transferred to the storing circuit 106, and the mode is returned to a reproduction, turn-back or stop mode by a mode before starting a retrieval. Accordingly, an operation which has conformed with the purpose can be executed without repeating a stop mode as many as several times, by adding a circuit having a retrieval mode corresponding to fast-forward and turn-back.</p> |
