PURPOSE:To improve resolution and a picture quality, by constituting so that two sets of multi-channel radiant ray detectors on which plural electrode plates are provided by holding a prescribed internal P are shifted by an interval 2/P and are provided in parallel. CONSTITUTION:Fan beam X-rays from an X-ray source 1, which transmit a body to be inspected 3 are made incident almost equally to the first and the second multi-channel radiant ray detectors 2a, 2b. Signal processing means 4a, 4b input signals from the multi-channel radiant ray detectors 2a, 2b, respectively, and computers 5, 6 operate and process signals from the multi-channel radiant ray detectors 2a, 2b, which are impressed through the signal processing means 4a, 4b, by which the first and the second tomogram images are obtained. Subsequently, a tomogram image which synthesizes both of them is displayed on a display 7 by utilizing a memory means 6. As for this tomogram image, resolution and a picture quality can be improved easily because the number of beam paths for forming this image becomes two times comparing with a conventional detector, and also its pitch becomes 1/2. |
