摘要 <p>A method of stabilization of sour milk beverages is described. A complex of corn polysaccharide and beta-glucan are used as preservatives. The addition of these additives from 6 to 60 grams per liter of sour milk product allows an increased storage time for the product by 1-4 days.</p>
