PURPOSE:To reduce a random noise generated in a preamplifier and to improve the sensitivity by connecting a Parseval coil to the input end of a voltage negative feedback type preamplifier in series and sampling the output of the preamplifier for a picture element. CONSTITUTION:The signal output line of an image pickup element 100 and the voltage negative feedback type amplifier are connected through the Parseval coil 5 and the voltage negative feedback type preamplifier is provided with a voltage amplifier 1, a feedback resistance 2 and the output of the amplifier is sampled for the picture element. W, G, Cy, Ye respectively represent transparent, green, red and yellow color filters or signals, and if (y), (g), (r), (b) respectively represent the brightness, a green, a red and blue color signals, for instance on the luminance signal Y, W and Cy, and G and Ye are added in a matrix circuit 101, respectively inputted to picture element intergrating circuits 73, 75 through frequency characteristic correction circuits 90, 91, LPF 92, 93, the signals resampled in the picture element integrating circuits 73, 74 are added and amplified, inputted to a signal processing circuit 102 performing a processing or a composite processing to obtain an NTSC composite signal.
