<p>PURPOSE:To obtain a container for preserving clothes, housing a water absorbing sheet of a structure in which a water absorbing high polymer and wetting agent having water absorbing properties are wrapped in an air-permeable film in a hermetically sealed vessel and containing a volatile mothproofing agent, antifungal agent, etc., in the wetting agent and having excellent antifungal and mothproofing effects. CONSTITUTION:A container, obtained by housing a drug-containing and water absorbing sheet 3 in a hermetically sealed vessel 1, e.g. made of a thermoplastic film, putting clothes 2 therein, sealing a hermetically sealing part 4 thereof to condition moisture in the vessel, capable of preventing entry of insect pests and molds from the outside and having controlling effects on insects pests, etc., sticking to the clothes in housing at the same time. The water absorbing sheet 3 is prepared by wrapping a water absorbing high polymer, e.g. obtained by graft polymerizing acrylic acid, etc., onto polysaccharides and three-dimensionally polymerizing the resultant polymer with a crosslinking agent, and a wetting agent, e.g. ethylene glycol, having water absorbing properties in an air-permeable film, e.g. nonwoven fabric, and containing a mothproofing and antifungal agent in the wetting agent.</p> |
