PURPOSE:To uniformize distribution of raw material adding a little quantity and to stabilize the quantity at welded part by containing the raw material adding a little quantity, granulating the specific wt.% of flux raw material and successively, mixing with the other raw material. CONSTITUTION:At the time of forming the flux by mixing plural compositions of the raw materials, 0.5-25wt.% raw material containing the raw material adding a little quantity to the whole is beforehand granulated and successively, mixed with the other raw material, to form the flux. As the granulation containing the raw material adding a little quantity is executed, the granule becomes small apparent density and becomes large grain diameter. By this method, the granule containing the raw material adding a little quantity is not sunk downward and uniformly distributed in the flux at the time of mixing with the other raw material. Therefore, the distribution of the raw material adding a little quantity is uniformized and by this method, the quality at the welded part is improved. |
