<p>PURPOSE:To concretely and rationally retrieve at least one group data by specifying an item data and a retrieving condition, reading out and specifying concrete data corresponding to the specified data and condition from all group data and displaying the read and specified contents on a screen. CONSTITUTION:At least one concrete data out of concrete data displayed on a data display device 1 is specified by an operator. All the contents of group data 7 including one concrete data specified by the device 1 are read out from a storage device 4 and displayed on a screen 5a as an adjusting record. Thereby, at least one group data can be concretely and rationally retrieved on the device only by specifying the item data and the concrete data.</p> |
