Fiber treatment agent of formula (I) comprises ethoxy fatty acid 40-56 wt.%, ethoxy fatty alcohol of formula (II) 40-56 wt.%, and metal alkyl phosphate and alkyl sulphonate 3-8 wt.%. In formula (I), R1 is hydrogen, C1-C10 alkyl, alken, or alkyn, and m,n are 2-10 integer (12 <= m+n <= 20). In formula (II), R2 is hydrogen, C1-C10 alkyl, alken, alkyn and a,b,c and d are integers (12 <= a+b+c+d <= 20). Treatment gives the fiber for stationary filter more water absortion and good smoothing between the fiber and fiber or fiber and metal, and improves touch feel and immersion wetting.
