PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable the weather forecast by a method wherein an input current from a solar battery is detected by a DC current detecting means, an input voltage from the solar battery is detected by a DC voltage detecting means and the change of an input power from the solar battery is stored in an input power storing means. SOLUTION: A converter 11 converts the generated energy of a solar battery 2 into an AC power and supplies it to an AC power supply 2. At that time, the generated energy of the solar battery is detected by using a DC voltage detecting means 26 and a DC current detecting means 25 and the change of the generated energy is stored in an input power storing means 27 in a time sequential manner. The input power from the solar battery has strong correlations with seasons and the weather. A weather forcasting means 28 judges the weather in the past and at present from the change of the generated energy of the solar battery 2 which is stored in the input power storing means 27 and forcasts the weather status of a half day or one day later. Further, the forcasted result is displayed on a display means 29.
