PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a communication terminal which smoothly and also quickly starts data communication. SOLUTION: It is discriminated whether a flapper opening/closing detection switch is turned on or not (step A1). When a flapper is closed after a user ends communication, the flapper opening/closing detection switch is turned on because it is pushed when the flapper comes into contact by pressing. Then, the discrimination of the step A1 becomes YES, and proceeds to a step A2, controls a power part and turns off the power of a voice system circuit. After that, data communication preparation processing (step A3) is performed, when a communication system circuit is in an on state, the on state is continued as it is, and when the communication system circuit is in an off state, it is started. Then, when the flapper is changed from its opening state to its closing state after communication, a wait state in which communication is available is formed. |
