<p>PURPOSE:To make constant the quantity of waste paper fed into a catching part irrespective of the quantity of the waste paper thrown in. CONSTITUTION:Rotary blades 53, 54 are fixed to rotating shafts 51, 52. Quantitative feeding members 67 placed between the adjacent rotary blades 53, 54 are fixed to frames 6. Round bars 69a, 69b, 69c are provided so that the clearances between them and the rotary blades 53, 54 may be decreased in order along the rotational direction of the rotary blades. The clearance between the round bar 69a and the rotary blades 53, 54 is made the quantitative one G.</p> |
