PURPOSE:To stabilize fluidity characteristics of high fluidity concrete which does not require compaction for a long time and to easily control the fluidity. CONSTITUTION:The high fluidity concrete is obtd. by compounding not only cement, water and normal aggregate, but fine powder having the same or smaller particle size than the cement particles, dispersant, and thickener under conditions of 140-200kg/m<3> unit water amt. and 25-70wt.% of water/(cement+ powder). The obtd. concrete has 40-75cm slump flow rate. In this method, gum (Extracellular polysaccaride) is used as the thickener, and further, fluidity holding agent and slow-dissolving air inducing agent are added. |
