<p>PURPOSE: To use a new processor for a time master with a priority different from that at system start revised in on-line by providing a master priority revision means and a master management means selecting again the time master to the system device. CONSTITUTION: The device is provided with a master management means 12a deciding a sole time master based on a master 1st priority and a master 2nd priority among processors whose master flag is set to 'master enable' and a master priority revision means 16a revising the master 2nd priority of an optional processor. Then a sole time master is selected among processors whose flag is set to 'master enable' based on the master 1st priority and the master 2nd priority and when the master end priority is revised in on-line from an optional processor, a new time master is again selected based on the master 1st priority and the master 2nd priority.</p> |
