The modular panel (1) for the construction of partitions or ceilings has relief assembly parts (3) and hollow parts (4). These enable the configuration and erection of false ceilings and facings to building partitions. Orthogonal holes (2) coincide with those of adjacent pieces to form continuous passages for receiving service cables and conduits. Those holes not used form insulating air volumes.
