PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the malfunction by providing DC reactors severally between each of the terminal on DC side of a rectifier and the plus side and minus side of a smoothing capacitor, and connecting capacitors and resistors in series and inserting them severally between the plus side of the smoothing capacitor and a ground and between the minus side and the ground. SOLUTION: A zero-phase current, which is generated by an inverter operating, flows in a closed circuit including a floating capacitor 13, a ground 2, capacitors 71 and 72 inserted into the DC part of an inverter, and resistors 81 and 82. Reactors 5 and 51 inserted in series between a rectifier 4 and a smoothing capacitor 6 restrain the zero-phase current from flowing into a power source. Moreover, the voltage noise, generated between itself and the earth by the switching of an inverter 9, is absorbed with the capacitors 71 and 27 and the resistors 81 and 82, and the quantity conducted to the power source side decreases. The resistors 81 and 82 suppress the vibration phenomena between the capacitors 71 and 72 and the inductance of wiring 10. This can absorb leaked currents and prevent the malfunction of a ground leakage breaker. |
