The frame and cover parts are used to create a hygienic and rational self-service sales display for loose sweets or other food products, in which the frame holding the cover is screwed onto or placed over a jar. The dimensions of the frame and cover are chosen so that they rest against the top section of the jar and are held in place by fasteners and the shape of the frame engaging with the jar. The cover can be rotated relative to the frame and when fully open it adopts a backwards-sloping position. The cover is easily removed from the frame without the frame becoming detached from the jar. Preferably, the lid comprises an acrylic plastic material. |
