PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To drive elevation/lowering of a nozzle member appropriately using a smaller quantity of air. SOLUTION: A mounting machine is arranged to operate a head unit mounting a nozzle member 20 through an air cylinder 25. The air cylinder 25 comprises a piston 32, and a cylinder 33 having a pair of pressure chambers 36, 37 disposed above and below the piston 32 wherein each pressure chamber 36, 37 is provided with air supply and discharge ports 38, 39. A shaft 45 longer than the stroke of the piston 32 is disposed above the cylinder 33 and inserted into the piston 32 in order to supply a negative pressure for sucking a part through the shaft 45, the piston 32, and the like. Furthermore, a port 47 for opening the interior of the cylinder 33 to the outside is made above a seal member disposed above the port 38. |
