PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the reliability of communication by properly controlling the number of multiplexed channels of radio protocol information in a radio communication equipment which multiplexes data to perform communication. SOLUTION: A modulation circuit 104 is provided which changes the number of multiplexed channels to perform modulation at the time of sending radio protocol information which is to be sent at the time of the start of data transmission following a preamble. Further, a control circuit 101 is provided which manages the error rate of protocol information and the error rate of a data period and changes the number of multiplexed channels of protocol information in accordance with this error rate information and variably controls the transmission power per channel of radio protocol information according with this number. |
