PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a post to be attached to the panel side end of a low partition, which is connected/constituted by directly abutting panels without using a stud, from being detached and slid down. SOLUTION: An attachment 5 is fixed in a groove formed at the panel side end, locks 9 and 9 formed on this attachment 5 are protruded from the groove, a lower piece 12 of an L-shaped corner cap is fitted and attached into a groove 21 of a plinth provided at a lower end, a post 2 having an almost U-shaped end face and inner pieces 20 and 20 is locked to the locks 9 and 9 of the said attachment 5, and the post 2 is fitted to a longitudinal piece 13 of the corner cap, placed and supported on the lower piece 12.
