摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a X-ray tomographic device using a line sensor and a multilayer sensor for a X-ray detector, permitting real-time processing for the highly precise alignment in the direction of an axis of rotation between both three-dimensional restructured images or both projected images acquired at different points of time for the same subject. SOLUTION: The X-ray tomographic device comprises a scanning drive part 5 having a X-ray source 3 and the X-ray detector 4, a bed 7 having driving means for driving the scanning drive part in the direction of a center axis of rotation, a projection data storage means 14 for storing projection data obtained by spiral scanning measurement using the scanning drive part and the bed, projection adding means 15 for finding added projection data added for every projection, two sets of added projection data storage means 16 each for storing two added projection data acquired by projection at different points of time, error comparison means 17 for weighting comparison of an error in two added projection data, a weight function table 18 for holding a weight function used for the error comparison means, and dislocation correcting means 19 for correcting dislocation between the plurality of restructed images using a dislocation amount obtained by the error comparison means.
