PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the sitting seat from working moving suddenly to rest position. SOLUTION: The sitting seat portion 5 is provided at the main frame 3 through a tilting mechanism 4a in a manner capable of tilting. A damper mechanism 9, which restrains the sitting seat portion 5 from rapidly tilting from the working position to the easy chair position by suppressing the rapid rotation movement of the front rotation link 43 toward the rear side, is provided between the front rotation movement link 43 of the tilting mechanism and the main frame 3.
