PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To develop a method which enables neat mounting and moreover, achieves a method with a simple making process without discrepancy between mesh and blank parts in the formation of the mesh and blank parts. SOLUTION: In the production method of an electromagnetic wave preventor containing tourmaline, a blank part made of a synthetic resin, having a mesh forming part arranged inside, is produced and then, a tourmaline material mixed with an insert or a metallic substance is applied by insert molding into the mesh forming part inside the blank part.
