摘要 |
PURPOSE: An oil leakage protection structure for a spindle motor is provided to accurately control the amount of oil by forming a boundary surface for preventing the leakage of oil injected for the lubrication of the spindle motor. CONSTITUTION: A slope surface(1) inclined toward a rotating shaft is formed on a top surface of a bearing on which end of filled oil is positioned. A groove(2) is formed on a bottom surface of a rotor corresponding to the slope surface(1). A fluorine coating film(3) is formed on the slope surface(1). The surface tension of the oil is increased by the fluorine coating film(3), thereby preventing the leakage of the oil. The length of the slope surface(1) is longer than that of the groove(2) so that oil scattered toward the groove(2) can be dropped on the slope surface(1).
