PURPOSE: A method for embodying a job offering/job hunting service capable of interviewing through an image on the Internet is provided to embody a realistic image interview by applying an image and a voice to an image interview job offering/job hunting service, thereby transmitting/receiving an image and a voice in a job offering/job hunting service on the Internet. CONSTITUTION: A job offerer registers an ability of a person(age, scholarship, career, certification, and the distinction of sex) and details with respect to a working place, a working field, and an annual salary in a site(220) and records a job offering time, an image interview date and time(230). An image interview is opened(250) by the job offerer for a participation of job hunters. A dialogue is achieved using a text between the job offerer and the job hunter during an image interview(260), and job hunters may output one's intention as a voice through an Internet phone(headset) in order when a voice dialogue is progressed at a control of the job offerer. If a successful job hunter is generated(270), a detail dialogue or a necessary procedure is performed between the job offerer and the successful job hunter. If no successful job hunter is generated and an image interview is terminated, another image interview may be performed between a wanted job offerer and job hunter in accordance with a fixed image interview job offering/job hunting procedure by a job offering closing day(280).
