PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable the slit of the pressure welding blade mounted on the pressure welding connector of the attachment module to be precisely pressure welded by contacting the appropriate position of a wiring such as a cable at the same time as assembly of the attachment module installed with a camera or the like. SOLUTION: The attachment module Z comprises an attachment 1, a substrate 2 that is mounted on the attachment 1 and has a terminal 5e, and a case 3 for mounting the substrate 2. By mounting the substrate 2 on the case 3, the terminal 5e of the substrate 2 and the connecting part 5e' inside the case 3 are connected electrically as a connector 5, and the positioning part 6 for the terminal 5e is provided at the connecting part 5e' of the connector 5.
