PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To minimize variations in power current, and DC voltage in a momentary interruption and recovery and continue the operation of a converter even in momentary interruption to keep the continuous load operation. SOLUTION: This controller includes a DC voltage control means 15, consisting of a converter 1 and an inverter 2 and outputs an effective current command value of the converter from a deviation between a DC voltage command value and a detected DC output voltage value of the converter; an effective current compensation means 70 for outputting a command value in which the effective current command value is changed to a value inversely proportional to the effective component of the power voltage; a power voltage variation compensation means 50 for outputting an effective voltage component compensating for a power voltage variation component based on the effective component of the power voltage; and a power current effective component control means 21 for developing an effective component voltage command of the converter from the deviation between the changed command value and the effective current component of the power current inputted to the converter, and for adding the effective voltage component compensating for the power voltage variation to the effective component voltage command, and the converter is controlled based on the effective component voltage command of the converter outputted by the control means 21. A converter operation continuance determining means 60 is provided to deblock/block a converter gate signal. |
