摘要

FIELD: construction, particularly pile foundations to erect coast-protecting structures and all-purpose foundation piles composed of separable parts. ^ SUBSTANCE: retaining structure comprises driven post consisted of separate sections connected with each other in vertical direction over end surfaces thereof by means of connection units. The connection units are made as spherical projections and depressions formed on mating end surfaces of adjacent sections within the confines thereof. Spherical surfaces of projections and depressions are provided with protective cases snugly fitting and conforming to the surfaces. The protective cases are formed of isotropic material having modulus of elasticity within 9-21 load-bearing post moduli of elasticity. Ratio of major linear load-bearing post end dimension to spherical protective case surface diameter is 0.33-0.6. ^ EFFECT: increased reliability of support structure due to provision of adjacent section alignment and decreased material consumption for structure forming. ^ 1 ex, 7 dwg
