PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily stick lithium foils to both sides of an electrode plate with precision by sticking strips of lithium foils onto both side faces of a long electrode plate at predetermined intervals via the first and second sticking mechanisms and arranging a conveying passage length variable mechanism, by which the length of a conveying passage for the electrode plate can be changed optionally, between the first and second sticking mechanisms. SOLUTION: A conveying passage length variable mechanism 30, by which the length of a conveying passage for an electrode plate 12 can be changed optionally, is arranged between the first and second sticking mechanisms 20, 22. When the length of the conveying passage 28 is simply changed via the conveying passage variable mechanism 30, sticking timing of a strip of lithium foil 18 by means of the first sticking mechanism 20 can be easily and precisely matched with that by means of the second sticking mechanism 22. Therefore, sticking processes of the strip of the lithium foil 18 by means of the first and second sticking mechanisms 20, 22 can be started at the same time substantially, so that the influence of a starting speed of a servomotor 32 can be avoided and fluctuation of a sticking position can be prevented, and as a result, a highly precise sticking process can be accomplished. |
