FIELD: electrical engineering. ^ SUBSTANCE: proposed device has rigid framework accommodating sealed pump; the latter accommodates contactless permanent-magnet synchronous generator that has stator and permanent-magnet rotor, partition with holes receiving pressure valves, compression springs, rectifier-battery unit. Rotor shaft is hollow structure with blades in inner space and pressure valve at end.
