PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain circuit components in which an insulator layer coating a substrate has a flat surface. SOLUTION: After projecting conductors 2 and projecting strip sections 3a have been formed on a substrate 1, the substrate is coated with an insulator layer 6. The projecting strip sections 3a are formed to identical height as those of the conductors 2, or higher than the conductors 2 on both sides of the substrate 1, and the insulator layer 6 is screen-printed on the substrate 1. At this point, a squeegee is moved, while the squeegee is brought into contact with the upper surfaces of the strip sections 3a through a screen. When the squeegee is moved, the insulating layer 6 is printed to the identical height as those of the trip sections 3a, and the surface of the layer 6 becomes flat. |
