A cutter structure for square cutting of a vegetable cutter capable of minimizing the thermal change of cut food materials by reducing a friction area between the food materials and a knife surface of a lattice cutter and reducing a friction load during cutting is provided to enable mechanical lightening of the cutter as well as narrow-width cutting to the size which is half the conventional size during square cutting. In a square cutter of a vegetable cutter comprising the formation of a square cutting hole by crossing a plurality of knives by a slit in X-axis direction and Y-axis direction, a square cutter structure of a vegetable cutter is characterized in that it contains a lattice cutter(100) which is eccentrically disposed in an overlapped manner to place an intersection point(P) of the knife of a lower cutter(50) at the center, with respect to the cutting hole of an upper cutter(40).
