A plate for preventing attachment of an illegal advertisement is provided to clean the environment of a city by coupling an anti-attaching plate, a fixing bar, a clip pole, and a fixing clip without an adhesive agent. A plate for preventing attachment of an illegal advertisement comprises an anti-attaching plate(10), a pair of fixing bars(20), a pair of clip poles(30), at least two fixing clips(40), and a rainwater receiver(50). A protrusion is formed on a surface of the anti-attaching plate. The fixing bar is rolled in a side of the anti-attaching plate. A cross section of the clip pole is a C-shape, and the clip pole surrounds a part of the anti-attaching plate rolling the fixing bar. The fixing clip is fitted to the clip pole for maintaining a predetermined gap between the clip poles. The rainwater receiver is attached in an upper part of the anti-attaching plate. |
