According to one embodiment, a system for validating one or more data records comprises a server that is coupled to a first computer and a second computer. The first computer is associated with a landlord and has the one or more records corresponding to one or more tenants. The second computer is associated with a performance-based contract administrator. The server is operable to receive a record from the first computer, transmit the record to the second computer for validation, and receive a response from the second computer. In the event that the response includes an error, the server is operable to transmit a help message to the first computer, where the help message is selected from a plurality of help messages in accordance with pertinence of the help message to the error. |
